Intelligent sandwich cutter delivered to major UK manufacturer

Newtech has integrated advanced motion control, vision technology and ultrasonic cutting to supply a major UK sandwich manufacturer with an intelligent cutting system.

The system cuts sandwiches and wraps 'on the fly', utilising vision technology communicating with an innovative motion control system which ensures products are cut perfectly independent of their position and orientation.

The equipment is designed to produce perfect cut results both in terms of its abililty to handle a wide range of products, and eliminating any 'offcuts'.
