Newtech can provide an effective preventative system to guard against the potential risks of fire from smoking and roasting equipment.

Utilising an available low-pressure steam supply local to the oven, the multiple zone monitoring system provides early warning and notification of temperature increase at strategic points throughout the oven and exhaust ducts. Early detection and audible / visual warning can dramatically reduce the chances of fire damage to equipment, property and ultimately personnel.

Installations that have no low steam readily available can be supplied with an independent suppressant (CO2). The system comprises a control unit housed in a stainless steel fire alarm panel with up to 8 heat sensors installed in 4 detection zones.
