With the drive for labour savings and repeatability, particularly for product packing, we have developed robotic handling systems that can dramatically improve the efficiency of your process. Using ABB robot technology – typically a 6-axis robot such as a model IRB140 – a range of products can be catered for.

We've harnessed the latest available end effector technology to handle the most awkward products – from meatballs to tiny novelty decorations for cupcakes. Grippers can be designed specifically for your project and we pay special attention to delicate products so that you are guaranteed maximum throughtput and minimum waste.

We aim to make our robot handling systems as simple and effective as posssible, but that doesn't mean we can't handle your complex logistical processes – far from it. Our experience in process analysis, feasibility studies and conceptual design mean we can offer you complete handling solutions across, say, a range of production lines – covering product preparation, transportation, processing and packing. We identify common features, potential bottlenecks and opportunities for innovation, then put the solutions into practice.
