We take training seriously at Newtech. For us, it’s vitally important that when you take delivery of your system, you are familiar with every aspect of it – from preventative maintenance, upgrade or in the unlikely event of repairs, how to get your machine back in production as quickly as possible.

Each system we supply to you comes complete with all relevant electrical, mechanical and software details. You won’t just get a list of instructions or data – you will get a detailed and step-by-step guide to maintaining your equipment. And your training doesn’t just start when we ship the equipment to your factory ; we encourage you to be involved in our trials at our own factory, so that your key personnel get no surprises when your system is ready to handle your production.

Post-commmissioning, we will always undertake a period of production-based training with your operatational and maintenance staff. And depending on what equipment is installed, we can arrange specialist training from partner suppliers – for example, robot programming with our channel partner ABB Robotics.
