Our machinery is designed to handle both savoury and sweet bakery products – from pies, quiches and pizzas through to cakes, pastries, flapjacks and brownies. Chilled or ambient temperature cutting is achieved with excellent cut quality and repeatability.

Where the presentation of your product is vital – for example, where there is a filling or topping which under normal circumstances could cause smearing or leftover – is where our ultrasonic systems really come into their own. As well as offering the key benefits of controlled portion size, increased quality and labour savings, our systems can dramatically increase throughput – particularly where multiple sonotrodes (cutting heads) are fitted in as multi-lane product flow ; for example, in cutting tray-baked products.

Concerned about cleaning? All our machines have been design with a fast and efficient strip down procedure for easy cleaning. Each machine is built around a stainless steel base and tubular legs, and a rear mounted stainless steel electrical control panel. Conveyors are always rear mounted and provide easy access for cleaning and strip down. Belts are manufactured from FDA approved material and are available with profiles to support your product, or smooth for continuous product.
