Using ABB robot technology – typically a Flexpicker or 6th axis robot such as a model IRB140 – a range of products can be catered for.

We've harnessed the latest available end effector technology to handle the most awkward products – from meatballs to tiny novelty decorations for cupcakes. Grippers can be designed specifically for your project and we pay special attention to delicate products so that you are guaranteed maximum throughtput and minimum waste.

As well as product pick, place and packing, we have experience of product depositing. For example, using an ABB robot we have successfully supplied a cream dispensing system to a leading dessert manufacturer, making a significant saving in labour and guaranteeing consistent performance in what is a difficult depositing process.
