Exciting developments for our machine range
This year we have modified all our standard cutters in line with customer requirements. The new streamlined designs offer outstanding value for money.
At the top end of the range we have added the roboSONIC compact, reducing the roboSONIC in-line machine footprint by half. The new one-piece integrated frame makes for easier assembly and installation. The controller and control panel are integrated into the machine frame, and as there is no separate PLC, the machine is easier to program. Benefiting from multi-axis functionality provided by the robot, the roboSONIC compact is suitable for cutting tray bake slabs, rounds and loaf-shaped products. This is the machine we will be exhibiting at Foodex; we invite you to stop by our stand D315 for a demonstration.
Other developments to the standard range include widening the belt on our autoSONIC in-line slicer to suit a wider range of products and redesigning the frame for improved stability and robustness. The servo-driven head has been replaced with a pneumatic head for ease of maintenance. The autoSONIC range now includes standard, continuous and block models to suit different shaped products.
The compact ecoSONIC and proSONIC have become more affordable thanks to rationalised changes in design, and the mechanical newMATIC is being offered with a paper feed option for the bakery industry.
What’s more, due to these ongoing developments we nearly always have flexible ex-demo equipment available.
