So we can provide any information that has been requested and quote for, supply and offer support towards the products and services we sell to our customers. We may also use the data to communicate with you, for example informing you about your account or advising of updates to our product range that we feel may be of interest to you. These communications may be via email or telephone, subject to which preferences you selected at the point you provided us with your details. newtech will only share your data as necessary to complete any transaction (for example to arrange delivery of a machine to your site).
for marketing purposes
newtech may use a third party company for facilitating the distribution of marketing emails in accordance with your email preferences. In these instances, we would add a distribution list to their portal containing your name and business email address only. This data would be stored on a secure server and only for as long as required in order to provide the email services to Newtech. This server may be outside of the EEA. Emails sent in this way may use web beacons (single, invisible 1×1 pixel images that are downloaded when emails are opened). The web beacon itself does not contain any personal data but allows us to monitor whether emails have been correctly received, opened and clicked on, and to improve the overall email experience we provide. By signing up to receive our email communications, you agree to give us your permission to do this. You can opt out at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the email.
